## Turning It On

1. Open **Settings > Team insights** with workspace management access.
2. Select **Turn on team insights**.
3. Choose a reporting period once the activity view appears.

Workspace members are notified when Team Insights is enabled. Use **Show to admins** at the top of the page to turn it off again.

## Who Sees What

Workspace Managers and organization Owners or Admins can view the member table. Other members see only their own activity tiles.

The available self-view does not grant access to another member's figures.

## What It Counts

Choose **7 days**, **30 days**, or **90 days** to change the reporting window.

| Group | Metrics |
| --------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| Posts | Created, Drafts, Scheduled, Publishes, Published |
| Approvals | Requested, Approved, Rejected, Turnaround |
| Inbox | Replies, Resolved |

**Publishes** counts channel editions sent. **Published** counts distinct posts. A single post published to four channels can therefore count as four publishes and one published post.

Draft counts reflect user-created channel editions created during the period, not the number of times someone clicked save. Scheduled publishing is attributed to the edition's creator. Approval turnaround measures the average elapsed time from request to resolution for the approvals attributed to that member.

## Reading the Results

Compare activity counts with assignments and workload. A high reply count may reflect responsibility for the inbox rather than better performance. Check the underlying work before interpreting differences between members.

Activity Counts Do Not Measure Quality

Use the figures to investigate approval delays or uneven assignments. They do not measure the quality of posts, replies, or review decisions.

## AI and Scheduled Activity

Post creation and scheduling activity counts use actions recorded as user actions. Draft and publishing counts use user-created content. These filters exclude agent-origin work where it is recorded separately; they do not determine whether someone used AI assistance while writing a post.

A scheduled post can still count toward its creator's publishing totals when Maeve publishes it automatically.

## Questions

### Where is Team insights?

Open Settings > Team insights.

### Which plan includes it?

Premium. Team Insights must also be enabled for the workspace.

### What does it count?

It shows post creation, draft and publishing counts, approval activity and turnaround, and inbox replies and resolutions for 7, 30, or 90 days.

### What is the difference between publishes and posts published?

Publishes counts sent channel editions. Published counts distinct posts. One post sent to four channels can count as four publishes and one published post.

### Can members see each other's numbers?

Workspace Managers and organization Owners or Admins can see the member table. Other members see only their own figures.

### Is anyone told when it is switched on?

Yes. Workspace members are notified when Team Insights is enabled.

### Does AI work count towards someone's numbers?

Agent-origin work is excluded where recorded separately. The metrics do not detect AI assistance within a user-created post, and scheduled publication can still count toward the creator.
