How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Maeve Social account from inside the app:

• Open Maeve Social and sign in.
• Open More, then Settings.
• Select Delete account.
• Enter your account email and confirm the deletion.

If you are the sole owner of an organization that still has other members, you must transfer ownership before deleting your account. Account deletion cannot be undone.

What Maeve Deletes

Deletion removes the data controlled solely by your account:

• Your user account and authentication record.
• Social-platform access and refresh tokens stored by Maeve.
• Organizations and workspaces that you own alone, including their drafts, scheduled content, media, and related workspace data.
• Active web subscriptions attached to organizations that are deleted with your account are canceled where supported by the payment provider.

What May Remain

• Shared workspaces. Content and activity contributed to an organization owned by someone else remain with that organization.
• Connected platforms.Posts already published remain on the destination platform. Deleting Maeve's stored token does not guarantee that the platform has revoked the authorization grant. You can revoke Maeve in the platform's account or app settings.
• Billing records. Payment providers and Maeve may keep invoices and transaction records needed for accounting, tax, chargeback, or legal purposes.
• Logs, diagnostics, and backups. Limited information may remain until the relevant log or backup expires, or for longer where needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation.
• Other providers. Providers that process information for Maeve may retain records under their own legal and operational requirements.
