How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Maeve Social account and its data at any time from inside the app. There is no separate request form to fill out.

• Open the Maeve Social app and sign in.
• Tap More, then Settings.
• Tap Delete account.
• Type your account email to confirm, then tap Delete account again.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. If your account owns a workspace shared with other members, you will be asked to transfer ownership before the account can be removed.

What Is Deleted

When you delete your account we permanently remove the personal data tied to it:

• Account and identity. Your name, email address, and account login details.
• Social credentials.The access and refresh tokens for every social platform you connected, revoking Maeve's access.
• Content library. Your drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded media, and strategy notes.
• Workspaces you own. Workspaces created under your account, once ownership has been transferred or the workspace is empty.
• Subscription. Any active subscription is canceled as part of deletion.

What Is Kept and Retention

A small amount of data lives outside your Maeve account and is handled separately:

• Posts already published. Content you already published to your connected social networks lives on those networks, not in Maeve, and is not affected by deleting your account. Remove it from each network directly.
• Security logs. Server and security logs may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and auditing, then deleted.
• Billing records. Payment and invoice records that we are legally required to keep are retained by our payment processor as required by law.

Personal data is removed from our live databases within 30 days of deletion.
