How Many Social Accounts Can I Connect?

Basic includes 20 social connections across two workspaces, Standard includes 50 across five workspaces with five team members, and Premium takes the caps off. A connection is one account on one platform, so an Instagram account and a Facebook Page count as two.

Can Maeve Auto-Reply To Comments And DMs?

Yes, on Instagram and Facebook, on the Standard plan and above. Set keyword rules that reply publicly, send a private DM when someone comments on a post, or greet first-time DMs automatically, and have rules tag or assign the conversation to a teammate. Do Clients Need To Pay For A Seat To Approve Posts?

No. Client review links are opened in a browser without an account, so the client approves, requests changes, or comments without a seat. Internal approvals and client review are on the Standard plan and above.
