Analytics Reports

Know What Worked Before The Client Asks.

Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads report into one analytics tab: audience, views, engagement, and the posts behind them, every figure compared to the period before. When someone needs to see it, export a branded PDF for any platform without leaving the page.

Maeve Social analytics All tab with channel selector for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads, KPI cards for total audience, total views, engagement, and engagement rate with period-over-period change, and a total audience trend chart

Each Platform Gets Its Own Dashboard

The All tab totals every account you select. The platform tabs go deeper: Instagram shows reach, profile views, accounts engaged, website clicks, likes, comments, shares, saves, replies, and reposts, each as a card you can click to load its trend chart, day by day or week by week. Prefer rows to cards? Switch the metrics to a table.

Pick 7 to 90 days or all time and every number carries its change against the matching prior period. Below the charts, a sortable table holds each post's own figures, and the timeframe picker shows when the data last synced.

The Report Builds Itself In Front Of You

Hit Export PDF on any platform tab and the modal assembles the report while you watch: a live preview with a page count, updating as you toggle sections on and off. The account overview and engagement breakdown are always in. Top posts and audience demographics are switches. So is Analysis, a closing page you write yourself, up to 2,000 characters of your read on the month.

The cover is yours to brand. The name top-left defaults to your workspace and can be swapped for your agency's, with a report title and a note for the client underneath. If the platform has several accounts connected, tick which ones feed the aggregate. Then export, and the PDF downloads the moment it is ready. On Standard and Premium plans.

Demographics, Straight From The Platform

Age distribution, gender split, top cities, and top countries, with a toggle between everyone who follows the account and the followers who engaged recently. The numbers come from the platform's own insights, which means they appear once an account passes about 100 followers and only where the platform shares them. We do not fabricate numbers to fill the gaps.

In the PDF, demographics ship on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube reports. TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads reports skip the section rather than pad it.

Analytics Reports FAQ

What Is Actually In The PDF?

An optional branded cover with your brand name, a report title, and a note. Then an account overview and engagement breakdown, which is always included. Then, if you switch them on, top performing posts for the period, audience demographics, and a closing analysis page you write yourself. The modal shows a live preview and a page count while you decide, and the file downloads the moment it is ready.

Which Platforms Can I Export A Report For?

All six platforms the analytics tab covers: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads. The top-posts section adapts its name to the platform, so TikTok and YouTube reports list top performing videos and Pinterest reports list top performing pins.

Can I Report On More Than One Account At Once?

Within a single platform, yes. If a workspace has two Instagram accounts, the export modal shows both and you tick which ones go into the aggregate. At least one always stays selected. Cross-platform aggregation, one PDF spanning Instagram and YouTube together, is not there yet. One platform per export.

Are Reports Scheduled Automatically Every Month?

Not yet. Reports are on demand today. Open the platform tab, pick the date range, hit Export PDF, and the file lands in your downloads. Teams on a recurring cadence pull the same numbers through the public API or the CLI on a schedule and forward them however they like.

What Date Ranges Can I Report On?

7, 14, 30, 60, 90 days, or all time. Every metric compares to the matching prior period, so a 30-day report shows change against the 30 days before it. No pulling two reports and diffing them by hand.

What Demographics Show Up?

Age distribution, gender split, top cities, and top countries, with a toggle between everyone who follows you and the followers who engaged recently. Platforms only share these once an account passes about 100 followers. In the PDF, the demographics section is available on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube reports; TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads reports skip it because those platforms do not hand the data over.

Are The Report Numbers The Same As The Dashboard Numbers?

Yes. The PDF is generated from the same analytics data the in-app dashboard reads. If a follower count is wrong in the PDF, it is wrong on the dashboard too, which makes it a data problem you can chase down rather than a formatting mystery.

Can I Write My Own Commentary Into The Report?

Yes. Switch on the Analysis section in the export modal, give it a heading, and write up to 2,000 characters. It renders as the closing page of the PDF, so the client reads your take right after the numbers that support it.

Can I White-Label The Report For A Client?

Yes. The cover shows a brand name top-left, which defaults to your workspace name and can be replaced with your agency's. The report title and description are free text per export. The layout below the cover is fixed, so this month's report reads the same as last month's.

What Plan Do PDF Reports Require?

Standard or Premium. The Export PDF button appears on the platform tabs once the workspace is on one of those plans. The analytics dashboards themselves are part of every paid plan.

Best-Time-To-Post Recommendations? Competitor Benchmarks?

Neither is shipped. Best-time-to-post is one of the most requested analytics features anywhere and we have not built it yet, so we will not claim it. Competitor benchmarking and AI-written summaries are not in the product either. The Analysis page is your writing, not a model's.
