Pages

Page shape

Every page is 4:5, 540 × 675 pt.

0%

Measured from the shorter page edge. A slide in a different shape gets white space either way, so nothing is cropped.

Document

Saved in the PDF's details. LinkedIn asks for its own title when you post.

Each page is an image of your slide, so its text cannot be selected.

How to use it

  1. 1

Drop your already-designed JPG, PNG or WebP slides onto the page, choose them or paste one. Add up to 20, under 60 MiB and 60 megapixels in total. Damaged or unsupported images are skipped with a message.

  2. 2

Drag the pages in the filmstrip into order, or select one and use Earlier and Later. The large preview shows exactly how the selected page fits.

  3. 3

Pick one page shape for the whole document and a white margin. Each whole slide fits inside its page without cropping.

  4. 4

Add a document title if you like, then download the PDF. Check it, then attach it to a LinkedIn document post yourself. LinkedIn asks for its own title when you post.

Before you export

LinkedIn accepts PDF documents up to 100 MB and 300 pages, according to its help pages checked on 15 October 2026. This browser tool uses a smaller limit of 20 slides and a 40 MiB PDF to keep local processing practical.

Images are converted to JPEG on white at a maximum 1,600-pixel edge. Transparent areas become white, image metadata is removed, and your originals stay unchanged. Small slides are placed at the same page shape but can look soft when enlarged. Fine text should be checked in the exported PDF.

The PDF contains image pages. Text inside your artwork is not selectable, and this tool does not create a tagged, accessible text document. Keep important information available in your post text or another accessible format.

Start with slides you have already designed. This tool packages images; it does not fetch threads, rewrite text, or post to LinkedIn. Different source shapes get white space so the full design remains visible.

Your inputs stay in this browser. These tools work without an account. The content editor opens separately; your files are not transferred automatically.
