Pinned posts sit first on a profile. Placeholders hold their places and are not exported.

Keep your plan

Saving is off until you turn it on. Turning it off deletes the saved copy.

A backup is a file with your images, order and settings, for another browser or device.

How to use it

  1. 1

Drop up to 18 images onto the grid, choose them or paste one. New images go at the start, where your newest posts appear. Add some of your existing posts after them for context.

  2. 2

Drag posts around the grid to rearrange them, or select one and use Earlier and Later. Choose a portrait 3:4 or square crop and leave up to three places for pinned posts.

  3. 3

Download the numbered posts, cropped as shown and numbered in posting order, so 01 goes up first. Pinned placeholders are left out.

  4. 4

To come back to the plan later, turn on saving in this browser or download a backup file you can import on another device.

Before you export

The portrait 3:4 and square views are approximate crop previews. Profile presentation varies by account, device, and app version. Pins and any manual grid rearrangement can change the order. This planner models a standard newest-first layout with pins at the start; check your actual profile before publishing.

For a responsive local plan, working images are resized to a maximum 1,440-pixel edge and converted to JPEG on white. Your original files stay unchanged. Numbered exports include every image in the plan, including any existing posts you added for context. They use the centered crop shown here, at up to 1,080 pixels wide, without enlarging small images. This tool does not fetch an account or publish posts.

Local saving is optional. Browser clearing, private browsing, storage limits, or another device can make a saved plan unavailable. A backup includes the working images and settings. Keep a downloaded backup if you need the plan later.

Cutting one picture across multiple posts? Use the Instagram grid maker. To adjust an image's framing first, use the social image resizer.

Your inputs stay in this browser. These tools work without an account. The content editor opens separately; your files are not transferred automatically.
