The All Tab and the Network Tabs
Select a network tab to read analytics for one account. Network analytics are available on every plan. Tabs appear for connected platforms that support analytics; X has no analytics tab.
On Standard and Premium, use All to compare selected channels. It combines audience, growth, exposure, and engagement metrics, with a channel performance table below. Check the notes on combined metrics before comparing accounts.
Maeve remembers the selected tab for each workspace.
Choosing Accounts
- Open the network tab and use Select Account to choose an account.
- On All, use Select Channels to include or exclude platforms.
- Check the selected accounts before reading or exporting the results.
A combined view supports up to 20 accounts. PDF reports have the same limit.
The Timeframe
Use the date control above the metrics. Choose the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days, or All time. The default is seven days, and your choice is remembered per workspace.
For specific dates, select Custom range and choose the start and end dates. You cannot select future dates. Custom ranges can cover up to 366 days.
Dashboard date ranges use UTC. Check this when comparing them with a platform app that uses a different timezone.
The Comparison to the Previous Period
The change figure compares the selected period with the immediately preceding period of the same length. A 30-day range is compared with the previous 30 days. Where available, the second sparkline shows that earlier period.
A dash means a comparison is unavailable. This can happen when the previous period lacks complete daily data or you select All time. It does not mean there was no change.
Last Synced
Check Last synced below the timeframe before comparing recent results. With several accounts selected, it shows the oldest sync among them.
See Why Your Numbers Differ From the App for refresh timing and the difference between lifetime and date-range metrics.
A Metric Marked Unavailable
Read the explanation on an Unavailable tile. A missing metric is not a zero.
Combined reach and reach-based engagement rate use only compatible accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Pages. If none are selected, those metrics are unavailable. If only some qualify, the metric note identifies the limited coverage.
Keep the same account selection when comparing these figures across periods.
An Account With a Problem
Check the account warning and follow the relevant action.

Questions
Which plan do I need for analytics?
Network analytics are available on every plan. The combined All tab requires Standard or Premium.
Why is there no tab for one of my networks?
Only connected platforms with analytics support receive tabs. X has no analytics tab in Maeve.
How far back can I look?
Presets include up to 90 days and All time. Custom ranges allow up to 366 days. Available history depends on the account and metric.
Why does the percentage change show a dash?
The previous period may lack complete daily data, or the selected metric may not support comparison. All time has no preceding period.
What does Last synced refer to when I have several accounts selected?
The oldest sync among the selected accounts.
Why does a metric say Unavailable instead of showing zero?
The metric cannot be calculated for the selection. Read the tile's explanation for missing data, unsupported metrics, or limited account coverage.
How many accounts can one view cover?
Up to 20 accounts. PDF reports use the same limit.
Can a Viewer see analytics?
Yes. Viewers can read analytics but cannot create or manage report schedules.
