The Review Page

The page lists posts that still need review and those already reviewed. Your client selects a post to see its platform preview, scheduled time when set, and decision controls.

The preview shows how the post is expected to appear. Final rendering can vary on the social platform.

Recorded decisions remain visible when the client returns. They can continue with the posts still awaiting their response.

Approving

To approve one post, your client selects Approve, checks the confirmation, and confirms. The decision is recorded against their reviewer identity.

To approve all eligible posts, they select Approve all and confirm the selection. This records that reviewer's decisions. With All clients approve, the other reviewers still need to approve.

If Request changes instead is available after approval, they can select it, enter a reason, and confirm. This withdraws their approval and pauses publishing for changes. It is unavailable once the post has published.

Requesting Changes

  1. Select the post and choose Request changes.
  2. Enter a note explaining what needs updating.
  3. Confirm Request changes.

The note is required. The page confirms that feedback has gone to the team and waits for an updated version to review.

Commenting

Your client can type in Message the team and select the send button without approving or requesting changes. The comment appears in the client conversation. A comment alone does not change the approval status.

Versions and What Changed

When you send an updated version, the client can review its changes and previous shared versions. A change summary identifies differences, and your optional What changed? note explains the update.

The page marks new activity since their last visit. Unshared edits remain private. With Internal + Client, new versions must complete internal approval before they are shared.

The Client Portal

For access to multiple reviews, your client can use the client portal:

  1. Enter the email address used for their review invitations.
  2. Retrieve the sign-in code sent to that address.
  3. Enter the code to open their reviews.
  4. Select a batch to review its posts.

The portal lists reviews associated with that email address, including previous reviews. It does not require a password.

What a Client Can See

The review page shows the batch's shared posts, client-visible messages and decisions, and shared version history. Internal team messages are excluded.

The review link does not grant workspace or calendar access. Portal access is limited to reviews shared with the signed-in email address. Use each reviewer's own invitation rather than forwarding another person's link.

Questions

Does my client need an account to review posts?

No. An invitation link opens without sign-in. The client portal uses an email code instead of a password.

Can a client approve everything at once?

Yes. Approve all records their approval for the eligible posts. If the policy requires all reviewers, the remaining reviewers still need to approve.

Can a client comment without approving or rejecting?

Yes. They can send a text comment without changing the post's approval status.

Does the client have to explain a change request?

Yes. A note is required before they can submit Request changes.

How does a client know what changed in a new version?

Shared versions include a change summary and any What changed? note you added. Unshared edits do not appear on the client page.

What is the difference between the link and the portal?

A link opens one batch directly. The portal uses an email sign-in code to list reviews shared with that address. Both use the same review records.

Can a client see my other clients or my calendar?

A review link does not grant access to your calendar or workspace. It shows the batch's shared content and client-visible activity. The portal lists reviews shared with the signed-in email address.
