Select a campaign to open its details.

Find a Campaign

  1. Enter part of the campaign name in Search campaigns.
  2. Select All, Live, Upcoming, Ended, or Archived.
  3. Open the filter control to narrow the list further where filters are available.
  4. Clear filters if the campaign you expect is missing.

Search matches names, not text in campaign briefs. All excludes archived campaigns. Choose Archived to find those.

The Has phases filter selects campaigns with phases. Has budget selects campaigns with recorded budget details.

In Table and Timeline views, Target platform uses the networks selected on the campaign form. It does not infer them from linked posts. A campaign without target platforms will not match that filter.

Use the Table

Click a sortable column heading to change the order. Columns include name, status, start date, progress, phases, and budget. The default status order puts Live before Upcoming and Ended.

Progress measures elapsed campaign time. For example, 80% means roughly 80% of the date range has passed. It does not measure completed posts.

Budget shows actual against estimated spending when both are entered, or the available amount when only one is set. These figures are entered manually.

Use the Timeline

Each campaign appears as a colored bar between its start and end dates, with phases inside it. A vertical line marks today.

Select Quarter, 6 months, or Year to change the scale. The default is 6 months. Scroll horizontally to inspect another part of the timeline. Changing zoom adjusts the scale while preserving your position.

Compare Campaign Performance

  1. Select Performance.
  2. Choose the connected accounts to include.
  3. Use search and status filters to find the campaigns you want to compare.
  4. Click a metric heading to sort the table.
  5. Open a campaign for its phase and content breakdown.

The table includes published editions, views or impressions, engagements, average engagements per edition, and engagement rate by reach.

Questions

What is the difference between the table and the timeline?

Table compares campaign details in sortable columns. Timeline places campaigns on a calendar. Performance compares their published content and metrics.

What does the progress column measure?

Elapsed time within the campaign date range, not the proportion of posts completed.

How is the budget column shown?

Actual against estimated spending when both are recorded, or the available amount when only one is set.

What are the zoom levels on the timeline?

Quarter, 6 months, and Year. The default is 6 months.

Why can I not see my archived campaigns?

Select Archived. The other status filters exclude archived campaigns.

What do the has phases and has budget filters do?

Has phases selects campaigns with phases. Has budget selects campaigns with recorded budget details.

Why does my campaign not show under a target platform filter?

The filter uses the campaign's target platforms. Edit the campaign and select the intended networks.

What does search look at?

Campaign names. Search does not match text in the brief.
