Maeve has three plans: Basic, Standard, and Premium. Compare their workspace, team, and social connection limits, then check which features you need.

Every plan starts with a three-day free trial. During the trial, X publishing is limited to 15 posts.

A social connection is one account on one platform. An Instagram account and a Facebook Page count as two connections. You can use your allowance across any combination of supported platforms, including multiple accounts on one platform.

AI Credits

Maeve's assistant uses credits when you ask it to do work, such as drafting captions or finding media. Scheduling and publishing posts manually do not use AI credits.

Basic includes 800 credits per month, Standard includes 1,500, and Premium includes 3,000. The allowance resets each month. Unused credits do not roll over.

Monthly or Yearly

Select Monthly or Yearly above the plan cards to compare prices. Yearly billing costs about 20% less than paying monthly for the same plan.

The yearly option shows a monthly equivalent and the total charged upfront. Both billing options include the same features and a three-day trial.

Moving Between Plans

Open Settings, then Billing & plan, to review your subscription and available plans. You need billing access to make changes.

Changing plans keeps your existing content, settings, and history. You do not need to reconnect your social accounts.

If a downgrade puts you over a workspace or connection limit, you cannot add more until you are below that limit. Existing workspaces and connections remain.

Does Maeve offer a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a three-day free trial.

Which plan is best for a solo creator?

Basic includes one user, two workspaces, 20 social connections, and 800 AI credits per month. Choose Standard if you also need client approvals or team access.

Do clients need to pay for a seat to approve posts?

No. Client review links open in a browser without an account, so the client approves, requests changes or comments without a seat. Internal approvals and client review are on Standard and above.

How many social accounts can I connect?

Basic includes 20 connections across two workspaces, Standard 50 across five workspaces, and Premium includes unlimited connections and workspaces. A connection is one account on one platform, so an Instagram account and a Facebook Page count as two.

What happens if my team outgrows a plan?

Open Settings, Billing & plan, and select a plan with the capacity you need. Your existing content, settings, and history remain.

What are AI credits, and what spends them?

Assistant requests use credits. Manual scheduling and publishing do not. Monthly allowances are 800 on Basic, 1,500 on Standard, and 3,000 on Premium.

Can I auto-reply to comments and DMs?

Yes, on Instagram and Facebook, on Standard and above. Keyword rules can reply publicly, send a private DM, or greet a first-time DM, and can tag or assign the conversation. Use cooldowns and daily caps to limit automated replies. The Social Inbox is included on every plan.
