They pay for the built-in AI assistant, which drafts captions, plans content and works across your workspace. Every plan has a monthly allowance that resets: 800 on Basic, 1,500 on Standard, 3,000 on Premium.

You set keyword rules that reply publicly, send a private DM when someone comments, or greet first-time DMs, and rules can tag or assign the conversation to a teammate.
