No figures yet
Paste rows from a spreadsheet into any cell. Up to 100 posts.
Your engagement rates
Enter interactions and reach for a post to see its rate.
What counts as an interaction
Saved in your export, so the figures can be read later.
How to use it
- 1
Choose what you are rating by: reach, impressions, views or followers.
- 2
Enter each post's interactions and that figure, or paste rows from a spreadsheet. Count interactions the same way on every row.
- 3
Compare each post's rate with the aggregate and the simple average, then export the figures with their formulas.
Before you export
Rate = interactions ÷ denominator × 100. You choose which actions count as interactions, such as likes, comments, shares or saves. Avoid mixing a count of actions with a count of unique people.
The average gives each post equal weight. The aggregate divides total interactions by the sum of the entered denominators. When reach overlaps between posts, that sum is not unique campaign reach. When followers are repeated across posts, the aggregate remains a post-based rate.
Rates above 100% can occur when one person takes several actions. This tool supplies no performance benchmarks or account lookup. Turn your observations into a performance report.
