How to use it

Before you export
JPG and WebP quality changes can discard detail. PNG uses lossless encoding, so changing quality cannot guarantee a smaller file. The actual output byte size is always shown.
Sizes count 1 KB as 1,000 bytes and 1 MB as 1,000,000 bytes, so a file that fits a target here also fits a limit written in binary kilobytes.
This tool removes embedded metadata during canvas export. Browser colour processing can alter appearance. It does not promise lossless JPEG compression or an exact target size.
