Reach and Views
Reach counts distinct people or accounts. Views and impressions count appearances, so repeated views can increase them without increasing reach.
For combined account reporting, Maeve uses compatible reach from Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Pages. LinkedIn Pages report unique impressions. Unsupported account metrics are marked unavailable.
Post-level availability differs. For example, TikTok Business connections can supply reach for individual videos, while Maeve's content performance table currently displays its reach column only for Instagram and the combined view.
Reading Engagement Rate
Check which rate you are reading. Maeve's combined account rate uses compatible distinct reach. Post and content metrics can use views or another reported exposure metric instead. TikTok's content rate is based on views.
YouTube has no account engagement-rate tile, but its content performance can show a rate against views. Keep the metric, denominator, and account selection the same when comparing rates.
Start with followers, reach, engagement, and profile views. Additional metrics include accounts engaged, website clicks, interactions, and follower gains and losses.
Use the follower and non-follower reach split to see whether reported reach came from your existing audience or people who do not follow you.
Review followers, impressions, engagement, and engagement rate. Use Page views for visits to the Page itself, and Video views for video exposure. Reach and follower gains and losses provide additional context.
YouTube
Review subscribers, total views, and engagement. Check watch time in minutes and average view duration in seconds. Subscriber gains and losses show changes during the reported period.
TikTok
The tab shows followers, views, engagement, engagement rate, and total likes. Views and engagement summarize posts published in the selected range using their available totals, rather than an account-wide daily activity series.
Channel statistics include current video and following counts, plus period changes where available. A Business connection provides additional video metrics and an industry comparison.
Review impressions, saves, and outbound clicks alongside followers. Outbound clicks count visits from Pinterest to an external destination.
Pins and Boards are current account counts, not period growth figures.
Threads
Review followers, profile views, engagement, likes, replies, reposts, and quotes. Some metrics are current totals without a daily history. Those tiles cannot show a trend or previous-period comparison.
Profiles and Pages share the LinkedIn tab. Both can show followers, impressions, engagement, reactions, comments, and reposts. Pages also have unique impressions and Page views.
Google Business Profile
Review listing impressions by desktop or mobile, split between Search and Maps. Customer actions include calls, website clicks, direction requests, and bookings, with other actions available for eligible business types.
This tab has no follower metric, posts table, or top-post ranking. Recent performance data can arrive several days late; check again after later syncs.
X
Maeve supports publishing to X but does not provide X analytics.
Questions
Which networks report reach?
Combined account reach uses compatible data from Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Pages. Individual post availability differs; TikTok Business can also report video reach.
Why is there no engagement rate on YouTube?
YouTube does not supply the compatible distinct reach used for that account tile. Its content performance can show engagement relative to views instead.
What is the difference between follower reach and non-follower reach?
Follower reach is from accounts already following you. Non-follower reach is from accounts outside that audience. It does not itself count new followers.
Why do Threads tiles have no trend line?
Some Threads metrics are current totals without a daily series, so a trend or previous-period comparison is unavailable.
Why does my LinkedIn account show no analytics?
Check the connection warning. Profile analytics require a supported Community connection; Page analytics require the appropriate Admin access.
Why does Google Business Profile have no followers or posts table?
Maeve's Google Business Profile analytics cover listing impressions and customer actions rather than followers or post performance.
Why are my last few days of Google data low?
Recent Google Business Profile performance can arrive several days late. Compare a completed period and check the last sync.
Does X have analytics in Maeve?
No. Maeve supports X publishing but does not provide X analytics.
