Open a campaign from Campaigns to review its brief, linked content, and results. Use Content for planning and post status, or Analytics for performance.

Review or Edit the Campaign
The header shows the campaign name, dates, and status. Archived campaigns also show an Archived label.
Use Open in calendar to jump to the campaign's starting month. To change the brief or other campaign details, click Edit, make your changes, and click Save campaign.
Editing requires Editor or Manager access, including organization Admin or Owner access. Creators and Viewers can read the campaign.
Read the Content Timeline
In Content, review the brief before drafting. The timeline below shows the campaign period, phase lanes, and dated posts.
Hover over a post marker to see its details. Nearby posts can share a marker. Phases without their own dates use the campaign period on the timeline.
Filter and Group Posts
- Select a phase beneath the timeline to narrow the content list.
- Choose a status or platform filter if needed.
- Open Display to group by Phase, Status, or None.
- Choose oldest or newest first for the sort order.
The status filters include drafts, content awaiting approval, scheduled content, sent posts, and failures. A failed post may have a connection, validation, billing, or platform error. Open it to check the reason.
Status counts show how many loaded campaign items are in each state. Load more content when the list offers that action.
On a wide screen, selecting a post opens a preview beside the list. Use Open in editor when you want to edit it. On smaller screens, content opens without the side-by-side preview layout.
View Campaign Analytics
- Switch to Analytics.
- Select the connected accounts you want to include.
- Review the headline metrics and their coverage notes.
- Select a phase to inspect its results, or use All phases for the campaign.
- Select a published edition in the content table to inspect its details.
An edition is the version of a post published to one social account. The analytics view includes these metrics:

Check the number of measured editions beside each metric. Partial coverage, content awaiting sync, or unavailable lifetime data can leave a metric incomplete. A missing value does not mean zero. Engagement rate by reach excludes other platforms and cannot be calculated when measured reach is zero.
To compare several campaigns, return to the campaigns list and select Performance.
Questions
What is on the campaign page?
Content shows the brief, timeline, phases, and linked posts. Analytics shows campaign totals, phase performance, and published editions.
How do I see just one phase?
Select the phase beneath the timeline in Content, or select it in the phase-performance table in Analytics.
Can I group the posts by something other than phase?
Yes. Open Display and choose Phase, Status, or None, then choose the sort order.
What do the numbers next to the status filters mean?
They count loaded campaign content in each state. Use Load more when additional content is available.
What are the marks on the timeline strip?
They represent dated posts. Nearby posts can share a marker; hover to inspect them.
Why does the preview open beside the list instead of navigating?
Wide screens show a side preview so you can inspect posts without leaving the list. Use Open in editor to edit one.
Why can I not edit this campaign?
Editing requires Editor or Manager access, including organization Admin or Owner access. Creators and Viewers can read campaign details.
Where are the campaign's results?
Open the campaign's Analytics view. It shows lifetime metrics for currently linked content, with account and phase filters.
