Reading a Card

Use a card's status, timing, and badges to decide what needs attention. Click the card to open the post when you need more detail.
One card, everything on
The priority mark, when one is set. Urgent is a filled square instead of bars.
The header
Three channel marks then a count, the account name only when there is exactly one, and a time on the right.
A time, not a pill
A scheduled, sent or archived post shows its time. The pill is what a card without one falls back to.
The meta line
Priority, thread size, post type, first comment, then the state in words. Partially failed lives here, not on the badge.
Title and snippet
The snippet is the caption. With no caption written yet it repeats the title.
The badges
How many channels failed, and how many linked tasks are done out of the total.
The footer
Approval status, then pillars, formats and labels, then who it is assigned to. It is absent when there is nothing to say.
Check the Channels
The top of the card shows its selected platforms or connected accounts. Up to three icons appear, followed by a count for any others. A single-account card also shows the account handle or name.
A platform icon without an account picture can mean the platform has been selected but a specific account has not yet been chosen.
Read the Time or Status
The top-right area shows a time when one is available. Otherwise, it shows a status label.

Read the Content Summary
The card shows a cover or media thumbnail when available, followed by the title and a caption excerpt. Without media, there is no thumbnail box. Without caption text, the excerpt can repeat the title.
The metadata above the title can show priority, thread size, post type, first comment, and the content state.
Check Failures and Linked Tasks
A Failed badge means at least one active channel version failed. Check the state text for Partially failed when other channel versions did not fail.
If several channels failed, opening the card shows Choose a failed channel. Select the channel you want to inspect and resolve its error.
The linked-task badge shows completed tasks against the total. Hover over it to check how many tasks remain open.
Read the Footer
The footer can contain an archive marker, approval status, content pillars, formats, labels, and assignees. It appears only when there is something to show.
Up to four items from each classification group appear. Additional items are combined into a count. Up to three assignee avatars appear before an extra count. Open the post to inspect the full metadata.

While a post is still one card, a channel that fails keeps the status it had. The card stays in Scheduled, keeps its time, and is marked only by the Failed badge and the word in the meta line.
Draft cards use a dashed border. Review, rejection, and failure states can have a tinted background. Published and archived cards are faded.
Read the text and badges as well as the color. A grouped post with a failed channel may retain its scheduled appearance and show a failure badge. Color alone does not identify whether all channels published successfully.
Open a Card
Click the card, or focus it and press Enter or Space. Clicking opens it; dragging requires pointer movement and is available only for eligible Idea and Draft cards.

Questions
What do the marks at the top of a card mean?

My post failed. Why is the card not red?
A grouped card may retain its workflow appearance. Check the Failed badge and state text, then open it for the channel error.
What is the badge with two numbers on it?
It shows completed linked tasks out of the total. Hover to see how many remain open.
Why do some cards have a footer and others do not?
The footer appears when the card has metadata such as classifications, assignees, an archive marker, or an approval status.

How do I open a card?
Click the card or press Enter or Space when it is focused. If several channels failed, select one in Choose a failed channel.
