Reconnect the affected account before retrying this post.
Open Failed Posts
- Open your workspace navigation.
- Select Failed Posts. If it is not pinned to your sidebar, look under More.
- Select a post from the list.
The sidebar entry has a red count when failures are present. If the entry is under More, its failures contribute to the More badge.
Read the Failure
The detail panel shows the platform, account, scheduled time when available, and the error message. Read the message before choosing a recovery action.
On smaller screens, use Details to read the error and Post to inspect the preview. On mobile, use the back arrow to return to the list.
Posts are grouped by error type, with the most recent scheduled times first within each group. A failure belongs to the affected channel version, so check the account before taking action on a post sent to several channels.
Filter the List
- Select a platform icon to show failures for that platform.
- Open Error type and choose a category, such as Connection expired.
- Select a matching post and read its account and error details.
The platform filter covers a network, not one connected account. Two Instagram accounts can appear under the same filter.
Choose All channels and All errors to remove the filters. Selecting the active platform icon also returns to all channels.
Search for a Post
Enter part of the caption, title, account username, or error message in the search field. Search is not case-sensitive and works alongside the filters.
No matches means no entries match the current search and filters. Clear them to check the full list. All clear means the list has no failed posts; it does not confirm that every scheduled post has already published.
Check Notifications
Review your publishing notification preferences in Notification Settings. Notifications can alert you to failures and missed schedules, but you still need to open the post and complete its recovery steps.
Check Your Access
Editors and Managers can retry, edit and reschedule, delete, or confirm a publishing result when the post allows that action. Creators and Viewers can read failures but do not have these recovery controls.
A reconnect link opens channel settings. Your channel permissions determine whether you can complete the reconnection.
