The Hashtag Library, opened from the caption you are writing in. Groups are saved to the workspace, so a set built once is there for everyone, and what you add lands at the end of that caption after a blank line.

Create a Group

  1. Click New hashtag group.
  2. Enter a Group name of up to 100 characters.
  3. Type a tag under Add hashtags, then press Enter or click the plus button.
  4. Add the remaining tags and review Hashtags in group.
  5. Click Create group.

Use a name that identifies its purpose, such as Product launch. A group must contain at least one hashtag before you can save it.

Paste Several Tags

Paste tags separated by spaces, commas, or newlines. The dialog splits the block into individual tags and normalizes them to lowercase.

Duplicates are skipped. If every tag you try to add is already present, the dialog shows a duplicate message. Click a tag's remove control to take it out of the group before saving.

Add Hashtags to a Post

  1. Open the composer and choose the caption or supported first-comment field you want to edit.
  2. Open the hashtag picker for that field.
  3. Select individual tags, or use Select all for a group.
  4. Review the selected tags and click Add Selected Hashtags.
  5. Check the resulting text before saving or scheduling.

The picker inserts text into the selected field. It does not create a link between the post and the saved group.

You can also use the copy control on a group's card in Labels > Hashtags, then paste the text into the field you want.

Check the Caption or First Comment

Use the field appropriate for the post and network. First comments are available only where supported, and moving tags into a comment does not remove network limits.

Review each network's caption and validation messages before scheduling. See First Comments, Hashtags and Saved Captions for the composer steps.

Edit or Delete a Group

Use the card's edit control to change its name or tags, then click Update group. Use its delete control and confirm to remove the saved group.

Editing or deleting a group does not change hashtag text already inserted into posts. It changes what is available for future selections.

Questions

What is a hashtag group?

A named set of hashtag text you can reuse in the composer or copy from its card.

Can I paste a whole block of hashtags?

Yes. Separate tags with spaces, commas, or newlines. The dialog splits them into individual tags.

What happens if I add the same tag twice?

Duplicates are skipped after normalization to lowercase. If all the tags are already present, the dialog shows a duplicate message.

How do I get a group into a post?

Open the hashtag picker for the caption or supported first-comment field, select tags, and click Add Selected Hashtags. You can also copy from the group card.

Should hashtags go in the caption or the first comment?

Choose the supported field appropriate for your post and review network limits. Moving tags to a first comment does not bypass those limits.

If I edit a group, do posts that used it change?

No. The picker inserts text, so existing posts keep the hashtags already added.

What happens when I delete a group?

The saved group is removed. Hashtag text already inserted into posts stays there.
