Plan your own posts in a free monthly calendar. Add channels, pillars and review status, then export CSV, calendar events or a portable local backup.

Your plan
0 of 250 postsNothing is saved on this device.
A JSON backup from this tool, up to 1 MB and 250 posts. It replaces the open plan.
How to use it
- 1
Pick a day in the calendar, or type a date, and add your idea with a channel, content pillar and status.
- 2
Leave the time blank for an all-day post, or set a time and time zone. If the clocks skip that time you choose another, and if they repeat it you say which one you mean.
- 3
Download a backup, a CSV or a calendar file. Save on this device only if you want a copy here.
Before you export
The calendar plans work; it does not publish posts. ICS contains all-day events for date-only ideas and exact UTC instants for timed entries. Your calendar application will show timed events in its own display zone. Event identifiers stay stable across exports, although duplicate handling varies by calendar application.
Device storage can be cleared by your browser and is not available on other devices. Keep a JSON backup. Import replaces the current plan, so repeated imports do not add duplicate entries. CSV is a planning sheet rather than a Maeve import format.
For audience conversions, use the posting time-zone planner.
