How to use it

  1. 1

Pick the date and time you plan to post. Your time zone comes from your device; change it if you are planning for somewhere else.

  2. 2

Add your audience's time zones, up to 12. If the clocks skip or repeat your time that day, you are asked to choose.

  3. 3

See the same moment in each zone, with its day and UTC offset. Copy the times, or export a calendar event or a CSV.

Before you export

This tool converts your chosen time. It does not predict engagement or suggest a personalised best posting time. Browser time-zone data reflects the rules installed on your device; check again when planning far ahead.

Missing clock-change times are rejected. Repeated times require an explicit choice. ICS uses UTC so a calendar application can display the event in its own local zone.
