Starting Your Subscription

Choose a plan during sign-up and complete Stripe checkout to start your web subscription. If you are eligible, your subscription starts with a three-day trial.

- Verify your email using the link sent when you signed up.
- Enter your organization and workspace details during setup.
- Choose your plan and monthly or yearly billing.
- Continue to Stripe and enter your card and billing address.
- Apply a promotion code if you have one, then review the amount, trial dates, and subscription terms before confirming.
- Return to Maeve and wait for checkout verification to finish.
Maeve creates your organization and first workspace from your setup details. You become the organization Owner.
If you are subscribing for an existing organization, open Settings > Billing & plan under Organization, choose a plan, and click Continue to Stripe. Use the dates and amount shown at checkout to confirm when payment starts.
Check Trial Eligibility
The trial is available once per person. Creating another organization or using an email variation does not give you another trial. If you have already used yours, checkout starts a paid subscription without a new trial.
Use the Trial
You can use the features included in your chosen plan, with two trial restrictions:

The X trial cap lifts when your subscription becomes active. Your plan's other feature and usage limits still apply.
Continue or Cancel
At the end of an eligible trial, Stripe attempts to charge the card for your chosen plan and billing cycle. Once payment succeeds, your subscription becomes active and your included AI credits are granted.
To stop before the first charge, complete cancellation in Stripe before the trial ends. If a payment fails, follow When a Payment Fails.
For a subscription purchased through iOS, use Billing Through the App Store.
Questions
How long is the free trial?
Eligible web subscriptions start with a three-day trial. Check the trial and payment dates in checkout.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. Stripe checkout requires a card for the web trial. Your subscription charge starts after the trial ends.
Can I have a second trial?
No. The trial is available once per person. A new organization or email variation does not give you another trial.
Can I use the AI assistant during the trial?
No. Included AI credits are granted when your paid subscription becomes active.
Is there a limit on posting during the trial?
X publishing is limited to 15 posts across the organization, counting sent and scheduled posts. Your chosen plan's other limits also apply.
What happens at the end of the three days?
Stripe attempts to charge your card for the chosen plan and billing cycle. After successful payment, the subscription becomes active and included AI credits are granted.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter your promotion code in Stripe checkout before confirming.
Why will checkout not start?
Check the error shown. If email verification is required, use the verification link sent during sign-up and try again.
